This course offers essential first aid and CPR training for workplace or school requirements, as well as for anyone who wants to be prepared for emergencies at home or in the community. The course consists of two parts: Day 1 involves completing online modules, while Day 2 requires attending an in-person class for hands-on training. Both portions must be successfully completed in order to obtain the certification.
Certification is valid for 3 years.

Online modules must be completed PRIOR to the in-class learning portion and you MUST provide proof of completion
You will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross with a link to the online modules within 24 hours of registration. Once the modules are completed you will be able to download and print your certificate for your records and show your instructor as proof.
This course is recognized by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) and meets Ontario Health & Safety (OHS) regulations for Basic First Aid. All participants will receive the Canadian Red Cross First Aid & CPR Certificate.
